Community Update: Discord Milestones, Fan Art and What's Next

The Broxy Games Discord crossed 50,000 members this week. When we opened the server two years ago, we hoped for a few hundred people to playtest with. What we got instead is the reason this studio exists.

Fan art that broke us (in a good way)

This month's community gallery included a hand-embroidered Pocket Legion Emberkin, a Lumen Drift lighthouse built in blender by a 14-year-old, and enough Voidrunner concept art that our art director now keeps a folder called "wish we'd thought of that."

What's next for the community

• Monthly dev AMAs — first Friday of every month, engineering included.
• Playtest priority — Discord members get first access to every Voidrunner closed playtest.
• Community council — ten elected members who meet with the design team each season.

One more thing

Player-first is not a slogan we put on the website and forget. You built this studio with us. We intend to keep earning that.
