1. Who we are

Broxy Games ("we", "us") is an independent game studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy covers our website (broxygames.com) and our games, including Pocket Legion, Lumen Drift and Voidrunner: Eclipse.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to run our games and services:

• Account data — email address and player tag when you create a Broxy ID.
• Gameplay data — progress, match results and settings, so your games work across devices.
• Technical data — device model, OS version and crash logs, used to fix bugs and optimize performance.
• Support data — messages you send us via forms or email.
• Newsletter data — your email address, only if you subscribe.

3. What we never do

Player-first applies to data too. We never:

• Sell your personal data to anyone.
• Use your data for third-party advertising profiles.
• Collect more than the service actually requires.
• Read private messages beyond what moderation reports require.

4. Legal bases & retention

We process data to perform our contract with you (running the games), for legitimate interests (fixing crashes, preventing cheating), and with your consent (newsletter). We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within 90 days of a deletion request.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region (including GDPR and CCPA rights), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Our games are designed for general audiences. Where age gates apply, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of digital consent in their region without verifiable parental consent.
