Your trust matters more to us than your data. This policy explains — in plain language — what we collect, why, and the things we will never do with it. It covers both broxygames.com and our mobile games, including Broxy Blocks and Nutty Rush.
Broxy Games ("we", "us") is an independent game studio based in Kington, United Kingdom. This policy covers our website (broxygames.com) and our mobile games — including Broxy Blocks and Nutty Rush — published on Google Play.
Our mobile games are built offline-first and do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise (GPS) location.
Your game progress — scores, coins, daily-reward streaks — is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app (or using the in-game “Reset progress” option) removes it completely.
Our free games show advertisements served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads). To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect and process:
Consent (EEA, UK & Switzerland): the first time you open the game we show a Google-certified consent form where you can accept or decline personalized advertising. Your choice is remembered, and the form appears again if the available options change. Our games are configured to request non-personalized ads and we never build behavioral profiles of players ourselves.
You can also opt out of personalized ads on your device via Settings → Google → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (or “Delete advertising ID”).
Rewarded ads are always optional — they play only when you explicitly tap the “Watch Ad” button.
This data is collected by Google as an independent service provider and is used for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and “How Google uses data in AdMob” for details.

We process data to perform our contract with you (running the games and website), for legitimate interests (fixing crashes, preventing fraud), and with your consent (newsletter, rewarded ads). Game progress lives only on your device. Ad-related data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and its retention is governed by Google's policies — we do not store it on our own servers. Support e-mails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data. Since we do not hold personal data about players ourselves, requests about advertising data can be exercised through your device's ad settings or directly with Google. For anything else, write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Our games and website are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
